Vegemeese Toasted Snack

This is a quick and simple recipe for a low calorie and nutritious snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 ultra thin slices of ‘My CC Wholemeal Bread’
  • 10 gm Vegemite (or Marmite if you prefer)
  • 50 gm Cottage Cheese (1.5% fat)
Preparation
Cut two ultra-thin slices of ‘My CC Wholemeal Bread) and toast lightly
Spread a thin layer of Vegemite (or Marmite if you prefer) on each slice
Spread the 1.5% fat Cottage Cheese on each slice
