I have no formal training as a chef, but from time to time I’ll post recipes on the site that appeal to me, they’ll all be vegetarian of course :-)

Each recipe has been tried and tested by me several times, before I ‘approve’ it.

A new section of recipes has been added that deals with, what I refer to, as Calorie Conscious ones. These are either new items or revised recipes from the main section where weights / volumes items have been changed with the intention of reducing the number of calories.
